In 2020, we have designed a HDPE Franchising System and decided to move in Switzerland to manage the system from Switzerland. Synesis Marine Franchising system includes HDPE boat design support and HDPE production knowhow support for the investors who want to set-up an HDPE boat manufacturing workshop in their own country.

Our company Founder Ayse Sine SERBES is a Naval Architecture, Marine engineer and Industrial Product designer who has 15 years of R&D, manufacturing and marketing experience on light duty workboats made up of HDPE.

At the beginning of 2000’s she started her Education in Istanbul Technical University and started interested in different boat building materials and wanted to work on the different type of production materials and in between 2000-2009 she worked on steel, aluminium, wood and GRP boat production materials and has learned the properties, advantages and disadvantages of the production materials available in the sector.

In 2007 she met HDPE material while producing Camarc Design Aluminium Workboats in Duzgit Company. Duzgit Company which is at the same time an Agent Company was a customer of HDPE Agentboat which is one of the first HDPE boats in Turkey. As a customer, she attends research and development of the first HDPE boats in Turkey with a customer perspective. In between 2009 and 2014 years, Ms Serbes worked for Nekton Boat Company as an R&D and Design Manager. She has managed the certification Processes of the first Certificated HDPE boat on the world with an IACS Member Classification institute (RINA).
